This afternoon I was lucky enough to go down to The Bay Hotel and do some food shots for a mercury advertising feature.

Left Oslo the other day. Awesome place. Went for a walk to the so called ‘cool’ part of town and this is what I found.

Awesome sunrise in Roros this morning. It was -30 degrees celcius and ice was forming on my beard.

This are two from Risor, Norway where we spent Christmas. This was about our only clear day over the week.

Arrived in Bergen, Norway last night………after 12 hours on the train. Then an hour on the bus because a tree had fallen over the tracks. So pretty happy to be here. Bergen is a great little town and full of snow at the moment. Thought it was funny the firey’s were out this morning:
From Stockholm with love
We are in Sweden at the moment having a great time. Below are a couple of pics from Stockholm and Hogbo. It was -16 degrees in Hogbo so I didn’t take many pics.
Torsk poached in milk with dill
Here is a recipe that was made up on Christmas day. It would work well with pretty much any fish.
400g of White Fish
1 Brown Onion chopped roughly
3 Cloves of garlic peeled and smashed
1 tbs Black Pepper Corns
1 Cup of chicken stock
6 Anchovies
1 Cloves
1 tbs butter
3 Cups of Milk
1 tbs Dried Dill or 1/2 cup of [...]
